Senior Manager of Professional Services
Katie combines a research-based perspective with real-world experience to help customers create meaningful digital credentialing programs. As a former Credly Customer Success Manager, Katie helped more than 140 diverse organizations, including AWS, Snowflake and ForgeRock, structure, launch, and scale their credentialing programs. Prior to joining Credly, Katie studied education technology and alternative post-secondary pathways and credentials.
Outside of Credly, Katie volunteers at her local library’s career center, is a teaching fellow at Harvard Graduate School of Education where she focuses on motivation theory and implementing learning technologies, and researches and writes on issues related to post-secondary education and credentials.

Jim is an accomplished education and credentialing program professional who brings the voice of experience and a passion for excellence to organizations that desire to make modern skills and achievement recognition strategy a cornerstone of their workforce skills and talent management initiatives.
Prior to joining Credly as Director of Professional Services, Jim spent 16 years with IBM where he led the design, implementation, and business strategy for the company's award-winning global digital credentialing program. Jim has consulted extensively with numerous other organizations who have implemented highly-successful digital credentialing programs. He is also a noted speaker and subject matter expert on credential program operations, governance, change management, and data-driven measurements of success.
